Bernex Dent d'Oche, a charming mountain village nestled at the foot of the Dent d'Oche is located between lake and mountains. It has traditional buildings and numerous chalets on the Gavot plateau only a few kilometers away from Evian les Bains, in Haute-Savoie. The commune is characterized by this generous nature which allows to satisfy all the family.
On the one hand, Lake Geneva, located 12 km away, offers a wide range of water games and lakeside strolls. Warm welcome, quietness of the place and diversity of tourist curiosities are the ingredients that will guarantee you a successful stay in this charming mountain village. When the Bernex puts on its white coat, all snow activities are allowed, from dog sledding to snowshoeing and alpine or cross-country skiing to surfing. Today, Bernex is an alpine ski area situated between 1000 and 2000 m above sea level.
The mid-mountain guides organize snowshoe outings throughout the winter. During school vacations, a pre-established program is available at the tourist office. Registrations can be made at the tourist office. And in the news, there are 3 snowshoe itineraries marked out on the resort with the map available at the tourist office. In all, 30 km of slopes are dedicated to winter activities!
