What are the tests for?
Created by esf, the tests allow everyone to progress step by step in their snow sports.
On the basis of specific technical criteria, our esf instructors validate with you or your child the skills acquired and the improvements to be made in the practice of Nordic skiing.

The various events in Nordic skiing
Biathlon
Timed course in Nordic cross-country skiing, combined with 2 series of shootings.
Calculation of performances:
% allowed in addition to the standard time performed by an esf instructor opener.

- Gold : from 0 to 10%.
- Vermeil : from 10.01% to 25%.
- Silver : 25.01% to 45%.
- Bronze : from 45.01% to 90%.
Nordi-cross
Timed cross-country skiing on a Nordic course, interspersed with bumps, bends, flats, climbs, jumps, over 600 m (a duration of about 1'40)..
Calculation of performances:
