The resort of Le Grand Bornand offers you all the comfort and the change of scenery you need for a perfect snow vacation!
Located in the heart of the Aravis Massif, in Haute-Savoie, between Mont-Blanc, Lake Annecy and Switzerland, Le Grand-Bornand is a renowned winter sports resort offering at the same time the charm of a traditional mountain village.
The rich and diversified ski area offers 47 alpine slopes of all levels on 4 linked sectors and its 58 km of Nordic slopes. Thanks to the excellent care and maintenance of the ski area, combined with generous snow coverage and a large amount of artificial snow, you can enjoy the pleasures of skiing from the beginning of December to the end of April.

A specific resort
There are no limits to freedom: take your alpine skiing, snowboarding, nordic skiing, carving, freeride, freestyle lessons... The numerous marked trails will allow you to discover the cultural and architectural treasures of the resort.
Several types of accommodation are at your disposal: hotels, guest houses, gîtes, campsites... To get there, you can either take the A 40 (Autoroute Blanche): exit N° 16 Bonneville, direction resorts des Aravis at 20 km, or the A 41: exit Annecy Nord direction Thônes / resorts des Aravis at 30 km. Access is also possible by train: Annecy SNCF train resort at 30km or by bus. For air travel, the nearest airport is in Geneva.
