Located 30 minutes from Lausanne in the Doubs, not far from the Swiss border, the Métabief ski resort is one of the most important in the Jura massif. Scaled between 900 and 1,430 meters in altitude, the ski area stretches over approximately 37 kilometers and stretches all the way to the foot of the Mont d'Or, offering a magnificent panorama of the Alps.
Mountain vacations also means discovering local traditions with a visit to a farm, a cheese making factory or simply a ride in a sled dog or with Comtois horses.

The 35 ski slopes as well as the 5 play areas located in the Métabief sectors offer different atmospheres and panoramas. Super Longevilles and Piquemiette are a delight for skiers and snowboarders of all levels, Métabief offers accessible skiing with breathtaking panoramas as a backdrop. It also has a snowpark and a boarder cross slope for lovers of new sensations.
Lovers of Nordic activities are not to be forgotten since Métabief has a Nordic ski area with a total of 73 kilometers of cross-country ski slopes as well as several marked itineraries suitable for snowshoeing, alternative walking or skating, but also pedestrian and multi-activity slopes.
