Oz is the closest resort to Grenoble (55 Km) and the most easily accessible. With its small residences dressed in wood or stone and its setting of fir trees, Oz offers the comfort of a "ski on foot" resort.
Lodgings, shops and services are grouped together along a major access road open exclusively to pedestrians, toboggans and other skiers... No need to use your vehicle in Oz. The resort is small and parents do not hesitate to let their children play freely after skiing.

The particularities of the resort
Oz is one of the 5 resorts in the Alpe d'Huez ski area. In OZ, the slopes arrive at the foot of the residences with notably 2 "green" slopes accessible by a ski lift... easy and ideal for beginners and soft starts.
Close to the residences, 2 gondola lifts provide quick access (about 15 mn) to the heart of the ski area at an altitude of 2000 m. From there, you just have to choose a slope to go back down, and its difficulty... Red, blue, green.
Of course, it is possible to go even higher up to 2700 m or 3330 m and to take the black slopes of the Tunnel or Sarenne... 16 Km of descent, one of the longest slopes in the world.
